We aim to deliver your order as quickly and securely as possible. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

Shipping:

- We deliver across South Africa.
- Free shipping is offered on all orders over R800.
- For orders under R800, a standard delivery fee will apply.
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your order’s journey to your door.
Delivery timeframe :

- Orders are shipped within 3–5 business days.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Muse Bar , we take pride in the quality of our products. Due to the delicate nature of perfumes, we do not offer exchanges or returns once an order has been placed.

No exchanges: Once your order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be exchanged for another product or refunded.

Order accuracy: Please ensure you select the correct product, size, and quantity before completing your purchase.

Damaged items: If your item arrives damaged due to courier handling, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order with a photo of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
